Courses cannot be taken twice, in back-to-back renewal periods. The three one-credit courses listed above were taught as part of the 2023 Trends in Housing Conference. If you already received credits as part of attending that event, you cannot retake these courses for credit. Please refer to this link for additional continuing education opportunities.
